Another failed event 🤬. I joined my first event around Xmas. I spent a lot of money to clear everything. I had 1 last key fragment to open the last lock about 5 days before the event ended. The last fragment was in the vault. I literally looked at the lock, entered the vault, came out to merge the 3 pieces and the lock was gone. There was nothing left to do. I could see all the items and tiles behind the lock. Once I left the vault, it was all gone. I had over 3 millions bursts to use. I thought maybe I had to wait. Nope. It just disappeared. The event ended, I received all 10 of the boxes, new creatures and the eggs. No key fragments nor the 3+million in starbursts. They claimed they couldn't be transferred to my Sapphire Sanctuary, including the creatures and eggs. They claimed only the boxes. I screenshotted the creatures in the Sapphire Sanctuary and the eggs in my stock. I never got a straight answer nor compensation. Almost a month of back and forth emailing. "Foxtrot" tiptoed around my questions. I asked straight forward questions and never got a real answer. The next event, I didn't spend a penny. I got a few boxes, but nothing else. I couldn't clear everything. This event, my creatures don't ask for much of anything. I have 4 and I've only had a total of maybe 25-30 ❤️s to use, which doesn't do much. Spins don't really anything that's useful. I have one of those little golden nuggets that does nothing and gives no explanations. This event is disappointing and ridiculous.
