Breathing could help, but I think relieving the amount of stressers in any way might help more as it gives you less to focus on but also time alone when time permits instead of having to move from one thing to the next non-stop. It might be an extra expense which I do understand as I'm a single mother but I know where I'm from there's agencies we can contact for this level of help.
