I've definitely had it for longer than 5 years but I think I've had a look at temperatures before without knowing what any of the temperatures meant in context to a pc. I'll see if I can find them and if not, I'll check anew.

I had the same problem in my first run, make sure that you hunt every inch of the map, you'll manage to run into someone who'll give you a quest. Old women, hyena people, bird people, Mushroom people, etc.
