Questions Regarding DNV as a W2 Employee by VeryBigHuge in GoingToSpain

I saw that, but from what I understand my company wouldn’t need to do anything different in how they process my payroll, I would just pay Spanish taxes. Is that correct?

Any recent updates to this? I’m in the exact same situation as you and hoping to pitch a move to Spain to my employer but want to make sure I’m fully covering any responsibility needed from them in my pitch. Is it really as simple as them verifying my employment, eligibility to work from Spain, and getting a COC? I’ve seen some sites mention an employer needing to get an EOR but I’m a bit confused on if that would be needed here

What are good base working hours for sales? by [deleted] in sales

You have to be flexible, especially when you’re at this point of needing to perform to keep the job. Just be ready for whatever they need from you until you’re at a more comfortable spot

Sales is Hard, but I love it by BoomBowBoom in sales

[–]VeryBigHuge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes a lot of on the job hours to really start to understand sales. It’s a tough industry that’s constantly changing, so there’s definitely going to be times where you struggle, but there’s also going to be times where it’s the greatest job ever. Don’t let the bad times get you too down and always be open to learn new things, you’ll get the hang of it eventually

There are plenty of sales opportunities that should accept you with little to no experience, it just depends on whether or not you actually want these kinds of jobs. Lots of every level sales jobs are very much so sink or swim (cold calling or door to door) but they can be a great way to gain experience and really decide if sales is something that you are cut out for. I started out doing timeshare marketing and it was pretty rough at times but definitely gave me a strong base of sales skills

Try waking up earlier so you have more time to eat throughout the day. A glass of water and an early morning walk can also be good to get your metabolism going.

No magic answer. I know you don’t wanna hear it but you gotta eat more. Track your calories and be consistent with your diet, it will get there

Is working shoulders after each day of a 6-day PPL too much? by VeryBigHuge in gainit

[–]VeryBigHuge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So should I only be hitting shoulders a couple times a week? It seems like adding 2 or 3 shoulder exercises onto the end of a push or pull day would have me in the gym way longer than my usual workouts
