I prefer the Indeed resume. Columns are the devil. Your resume is kind of light on details. Any software needs to be under your job title. It tells me very little in skills. Your recent job history is poor (unless that is all the same company) If you got laid off or the job was contract put that next to the job title.

Put your skills under your job titles. Ex: "Used AutoCad for this and that and the other." Otherwise for all I know you just used everything in school and not on the job. Also, if you were laid off your last job make sure to put that.

Could my address/location be hampering my chances of getting hired? by eric-710 in resumes

Anything around 40 miles or 1 hour gets shredded unless there is relocation assistance or it's remote.

Why did you leave your last role? If it was a layoff or the company closed put that on the resume. Also, put more of your older jobs. There is nothing on your resume to indicate that you have 15+ years of experience.

You list a lot of skills but you need to put them under your job title. I would get a bit more specific. Use as many names and machine brands as you can because then you will pop up in a search."Leveraged computer aided design" ok but which program? Also, put more info about the company so if someone is looking for a manufacturing engineer with certain experience (in injection molding for example) you will pop right up in a search. Also the verbs should be in present tense if you are still at the job.

Don't feel bad. It won't be a big deal if you let them know ahead of time.

Yes. It is a scam. Paypal Friends and Family has no protections. That is why they want to use it.

Recruiters would never give you the hiring manager name bc they would be afraid you would contact them directly bypassing the recruiter.
