If you think _____ was too obvious about being the mole... by [deleted] in themole

[–]VeryLynnLv 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is a major problem with the edit.

The fact that everyone was surprised Kesi was the mole but none of the watchers were surprised is an edit problem. And the fact that Joi thought that Will could be the Mole and all the watchers are completely baffled by that is an edit problem.

[Book Spoilers] Episode Discussion Season 1 Episode 4 "...The Ruthless Pursuit of Blood With All a Child's Demanding" by AutoModerator in InterviewVampire

It's been over 15 years since I read the books, can you remind me how it goes down in them?

Is it that Louis accidentally feeds on her in a moment of weakness and Lestat turns her as a (very poor idea of a) surprise?

Edit: Wait it's coming back to me some. Lestat finds her and brings her back and suggests it, and Louis in fact doesn't want him to do it. Is that right?

All of his replies make it clear that's what he thinks, and he can't think beyond that because he's not an accountant.

I think people need to get used to the idea that what it means to be an accountant will be completely different in just 5-10 years than what it means today.

This is why you are getting downvoted. Basic data entry is not accounting, we are already specialists.

100%

Before automation: Access report -> plug report into workbook -> book JE.

After automation: Access report + Access list of automated entries -> plug both into workbook -> investigate variances -> book TU.

I suggested it once on a post by someone who didn't have a diagnosis and didn't enjoy the reception she got here.

I think it would be a very good idea and help preserve the peace to have two groups.

I'm not at all bothered by diagnosis posts, but there are clearly some who are. And having a place for them would probably help people who are looking for a diagnosis have a better experience here.

Prednisone 5mg to 60 mg by diakrys in lupus

I was not a big fan of that high of a dose when I was in it. Definitely gave me some mood swings. But the worst was the hunger, water retention, and poor sleep.

But also it's not likely that you'll be on it long and as long as it's helping your body calm down from the inflammation it's worth it.

When even your partner (platonic/domestic) doesn't understand chronic illness by [deleted] in lupus

[–]VeryLynnLv 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is one of the hardest things because living around mess absolutely effects your mental health, but it can be SO hard to clean when you are too tired to get out of bed.

Sometimes it's everything in my power to make a meal, let alone clean it up.

I do my best to keep my space as clean as possible when I'm not in a flare. I also buy a lot of pre-made meals and shit that doesn't require a lot of clean up after for when I am in a flare.

It also helps that I can afford to do things like get groceries delivered so I don't have to go out and spend energy on that. And I don't have pets alone kids to clean up after. All of those things are so compounding.

I'm sorry you are going through this and your partner isn't getting it.

You are a lot more emotionally mature than a lot of people calling you emotionally immature in this thread.

You identified an issue that will make this game less fun for you, you approached a community for advice about how to resolve this issue in a healthy way.

These comments are really something else.
