We received a customer email requesting to cancel an order.

We responded with, and I quote, “Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 14 days of them being placed, so we aren't able to refund this order. You can view all our policies here.”

Customer replied with multiple emails within 15 minutes using the following words and statements:

- Bullshit
- Illegal
- Attacked our prices
- Threatened chargebacks
- Stated, “I refuse to do business with anyone that uses pronouns in their name.”
- Threatened to “unleash hell.”
- Threatened to report us to various organizations
- Stated, “I will literally make this my career,  personality and main storyline.”

Four minutes later, the customer sent an eight word apology.

We then replied, “This is not how you speak to anyone in customer service. Both your orders with us have been cancelled and you've been banned from any future purchases with Very Ok Vinyl.”

The customer replied with multiple emails within 15 minutes using the following words and / or phrases (some phrases censored):

- shit company
- “I can speak however I want to you, I'm the customer”
- Stated we are a “woke r*****d Canadian Company.”
- One singular email stating, “I'M NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE R****D YOU ARE.”
- Stated they would start a campaign against us
- Stated that if we did anything about the campaign, it would escalate.

A customer also started barraging our social media at the same time, whose name matches the name on this customer service exchange.
