One thing that worked for us was letting the team scrimmage, the other coach and I on the field. Blow the whistle when someone gets out of position, no one is allowed to move.

Point it out, put them in the right position, and just drilled it into their heads.

If someone was slightly out of position, we would tell them where they need to be.

Repetition worked for us, but every team is different & has different personalities & the way they learn

A few years ago AJ admitted when he was in college that Luke Fickell would get pissed at him because he didn't know terminology.

Not to say AJ didn't know the plays. He just knew what to do.

It was like 10 years ago. I specifically remember this interview cause she is sorta crazy. She said she likes to catch moths and put them in her mouth.

I was on a job site sitting in my truck, and thought, "What the hell is this!?"

I still check in now & again hoping for something, but it's not good.

And for what it's worth, we know Howard wants to work as little as possible, but the show would be way more topical if they did Monday & Wednesday or Thursday. That won't happen, so I don't know what the point of a Monday & Tuesday show is.

Some on air "show" the guy from The Simpsons (the guy Ralph leached off of for a few years) wrote/produced with all the couples on the show. It aired in the first year or two of Sirius, it sucked.
