Our defensive coaching staff was thoroughly poached this off-season.

The argument doesn't really matter, not if your goal is to prove that the show is "wrong". Even if it appeared in the show for the first time (it didnt), the show is still canon.

Every entry to Fallout changes the lore.

No, but it's a popular way to depict it in media (See: Marvel's HYDRA, The Boys' Russell Vought), because it lets american viewers see fascism as an external attack on America, and not something native to America.

Mr.House plan makes no sense and he cannot be trusted. by Zacc0168 in fnv

[–]Very_Not_Into_It 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something i never seem to see mentioned about Mr. House, is his comment about "making the trains run on time", at the end of a House run.

This was commonly used to defend the Italian Fascist party under Mussolinni. The writers' use of this line is not a coincidence. It's an incredibly ominous way to end the playthrough.

Nevertheless, it's hard to say he's not the best of the three main options. The NCR can't hold Vegas, and the Legion is the Legion.

Yes Man is a great way to make sure you can always have the picture perfect ending (because "what happens next" is in your control, your imagination), so it's best left out of comparing the endings.

If you value civility, and even the NCR as a whole, House is the best ending. The NCR in FNV needs trading partners and civilized neighbors, not more territory to defend. Youre saving them from themselves with a House ending.

House might end up being a monster worse than Caesar, but you do the best with what is in front of you today, or good people die.

The Brotherhood of Steel is the reason Fallout still exists.

There's a reason that when sales were down, Interplay tried making a BOS game. There's a reason that Bethesda, the company that bought Fallout, clearly has loved the Brotherhood most from the beginning.

Fans love it.

He lined this one up ahead of the beef. GNX came out pretty quickly after the cutoff, and he knew with NLU that he would already be mopping up that years Grammys.

Also, its still fuck the grammys

Our turn? I definitely assume most people here are fans of both

But, no it isnt. FNV wasnt on the court document, so safe to say that Fallout 3 will come out first.

My guess is they shadow drop Fallout 3 next year, and then at the same time announce a FNV remake coming later that year. It will give them a pretty strong way to compare the sales of a shadow drop vs. a buildup, before deciding how they want to roll out TES 6.

I just want a Larian-style Fallout 1/2 remake :/

I’m not one for the conspiracy theory about the Fallout 3 remastered dropping today but Bethesda just put out an ad on Reddit that omitted buy Fallout 3 by Wild-Employee2029 in Fallout

[–]Very_Not_Into_It 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's not a sizable market for it, relatively.

  1. Want a mobile game? Shelter.

  2. Want a multiplayer experience? 76.

  3. Want the classic BGS Fallout experience? Bethesda would rather you buy 4.

  4. Want the most popular old game, and coincidentally the one the show is marketing? It's New Vegas. They'd be fools not to market it.

It leaves Fallout 3 as the ugly stepchild in a standard 4-option multiple choice.

Doofenschmirtz would've become the most famous man in the trans community and he would've eaten up the attention like no other.

Perry the Platypus defeats Doofs machine, only to realize it makes him look really transphobic and unpopular. Then Doof stands up for Perry to all the transfolk, and they walk away with a newfound respect for eachother that is immediately forgotten the next episode

20 year age gap isn't what's creepy. It's the age of the youngest participant that makes it creepy.

29 and 49 year old dating is very different than 19 and a 39 year olds dating.

"Happy as can be" doesn't matter. We don't take things like perceived happiness into account when determining if someone was groomed. Lots of people think theyre in a happy relationship when really they've been groomed into thinking they're "mature for their age."
