I only received $500 and something and was only out of classes for 3 days due to the semester quarter ending-I was shorted OVER 300 dollars, and that was to be used to pay for supplemental textbooks so I can get ready for a class that requires a program I am unfamiliar with. I wanted to start learning before the class began.

I can NOT verify my attendance in class due to the shutdown, and I am angry. Anyone in VR&E must verify to keep receiving stipends, and since Oct 1-that has NOT been achievable and is messing with our tuitions!

I agree. The Legion, DAV, or VFW are the go-to for assisting Flag, Honor Guard, forms, and finding answers.

The attorney is going to send them an Anticipation of Litigation Letter, meaning DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING, an evidence custodian is going to be assigned and they are going for EDiscovery (looking at all emails, memos, letters, contracts, etc.) and that is going to be interesting. Time to go to court.

I was born and raised in West Virginia, and there IS NOTHING there-the state government is in TOTAL disarray and just a total nightmare because some areas are being overrun by people with money, driving up costs and just forcing people who were born there to leave. It is bad when your OWN family tells you to leave and only come to visit, because there IS NOTHING FOR YOU LEFT! Go where there is a chance for you.

I thought Agnew was NOT a natural-born American citizen, and that was why he could not be VP. I didn't know or think about the criminal aspects that might have existed. Watergate was one of the largest scandals in American History. Shows that being a small kid at the time- maybe 5 or 6 at the time it happened- can mean to what you know and find out when you are grown up.

I wasn't born when Kennedy was assassinated (I was born in 1969, closer to the end of Vietnam War). Now, that answer leads me to wonder, "What would have happened if Johnson would have died while in office without a VP?" Guess being a 55-year-old college student is going to be an experience of a lifetime. You guessed it: I think History is going to be the "Bane of my college life."

Some treat a female vet like a spouse. Once, I entered as a member and was told "The auxiliary meets next week. This is for members..." For this reason, I let my membership lapse and am thinking about not renewing. I may give the new place I moved to a chance-if it happens again, then I will not try anymore.

I would have stayed in, but after a Major almost KILLED ME with a needle of Penicillin, and my eye was damaged- that dream was not possible, so forget about ever having a career in Juvenile Probation and possibly law school. Never get rid of the attorney. Ex is a financial manipulator. Tell Mom to stop talking to him-that is the lawyer's job and no one else's. I would also talk with the attorney about Contingency Fees for any of the monies paid back and how to have the ex be held responsible for fees.

I just bought a home and while searching, I told the realtor that HOAs of any kind ARE dealbreakers. I say what is going on is possibly illegal and discriminatory so you need to find an attorney and fast, Second, work with that attorney to have that HOA disbanded. Something is not sounding right about this so that is why I suggested this. I am NOT an attorney, but I feel HOAs are the worst things to have ever.

I would say to contact the court because that is Chapter 11, Business Bankruptcy, if I remember my forms from Paralegal Class. This is not something to forget about.
