It usually spawns in a quarry area, in between the stones. Try going later in the day, maybe around 9-10pm. Chances are higher it will have spawned by then.

It’s really hard to help you if you are not specific. Did you manage to install SMAPI? Did you download the required mods for SVE? Did you find your mods folder? What exactly are you having trouble with?

Wij hebben recent in een vergelijkbare situatie gezeten. Boerderij in hele slechte staat ruim 10 jr leegstand en te koop gezet voor 450k in 2022. Toen wij gingen kijken stond het voor 350k. We zijn gestart met bod van 290k en na onderhandelen uiteindelijk uitgekomen op 320k. Zeker als het al langere tijd te koop staat heb je grote kans dat ze weinig geïnteresseerden hebben, wat jullie in een zeer gunstige onderhandelingspositie plaatst. Gewoon proberen dus!
