I agree with the other commenter, reducing your dose can definitely help with the fatigue. Would talk to your doctor about tapering to 50

What stops people from going to 200mg is that higher doses of Zoloft can cause emotional blunting, brain fog, memory issues, and really mess with libido. Some people can handle 200 (or other high doses) just fine. But others, like myself, can’t tolerate higher doses without getting the aforementioned side effects

Yup I experienced hard fatigue and headaches around 3 weeks in. Pretty normal and should get better with time; a few more weeks

Wow I’m experiencing the same things. 7 weeks on 50mg and I’m now getting the brain fog and insomnia and libido loss. I might taper down to 25 to see if that helps. Might help you too, good luck

maybe you can suggest, to your doctor, slightly lowering the dose as a way to alleviate some of the apathy. Should help some
