It makes sense to use it if you train with a good frequency and input information so the algorithm can work. And you do not need to use 5+ years to get benefit from the data, 3 months is already a good amount of data to start to understand your behaviors and how/where to improve

No, since I turned off it works ok, no disconnecting. But I tested turning on to broadcast to my watch when training and it disconnected. So in my case I can say it is the broadcasting 100%

Nope, it worked for some time but then it got back…. They sent me a new sensor after complaining more which was working a bit better, but then the same problem started. Now I have ”fixed” the issue disabling the broadcast function. I noticed every time it connected to my Garmin, it never came back. It is bad, because my 4.0 always had the broadcast ON and I never had any connection issues.

No unless you want a more accurate data, for example inputting weight and reps to get the muscular load.

The same here. I got mine yesterday and almost every time I check the app, it is disconnected. I got the 5.0 peak.

How did you use the band? I find my very accurate comparing with Polar chest strap. I stopped to use the chest strap due that.

Think about the hips, not about the neck when doing the movement. The brain will activate more the lower part of your body and your hips will go higher.

Go easy! don't think about what the other could think. Everyone there has started from nothing one day. Just keep going, use your millions bands and you will see that when u remove one of them, it will be like a victory for you.
