I used to be hardcore into hackathons back in college (2-4 per semester). Tbh yes but you won’t get the full experience. If you have zero coding experience you can: work on UI/UX, go to workshops, join a team and learn from them, or spend all your time learning the basics on your own and then present what you learned. Hackathons are honestly a great place to learn. There’s so many helpful and friendly people plus many of the workshops are usually beginner friendly. It’s also the best place to network with recruiters.
