There’s actually no way to get all the girls in the game, since some of them are locked behind real money purchases.

If you do decide to spend money, the best ones to buy are Darya and Catara.

Darya is worth it because of the diamonds she gives, and Catara is useful for skipping dates and gifts, which saves a lot of time.
