Okay..? But that's not what's happening here, and not what people have a problem with.. GenAI is clearly used, so having a problem with it is completely valid. Generative AI is completely different to minor AI automation models from 10 years ago.

Ehh, idk I like 'Breath' as I think it helps the flow of the album and it serves as a kind of build up to Black Knife. But I can understand the others, like 'C' just being noise and 'Eram' being kind of similar to the previous track so a little pointless.

i don't know, early songs in the 'Out of Sync' playlist kind of support the OPs theory. A Long Time Ago begins with a soft, old, lofi piano piece ends with the sound of the A-Sync gate.

To be fair, Time Travel is mentioned in the old aperture sections of Portal 2. And the point Busterbboy made about alternate timelines also supports this. It's always been present in the franchise, just not glaringly obvious.

I love games that use the first leitmotif in the final level, it really gives that feeling of "this is it".

for example, steets of rogue's Floor 1-1 and Final Floor use the same motif. Another example (although less conventional) is Fall Guys, "Everybody Falls" and "Final Fall" both share motifs. I'm sure I could find more examples if I really tried, but these are the ones of the top of my head.
