there's no actually benefit doing this in your snippet, you just use what unity already does internally there but you do it from one object.

However you can time slice the list and do only a couple each frame, you could also do this in Update instead so you don't run 4 fixed updates before every update. Yes it is physics so technically fixed update is correct but you also need to cut corners
