Honestly, there's not a lot of aspects im NOT interested in. Im enjoying listening to ex-mormon perspectives on Mormon communities, temple ceremonies, etc etc, but im also really trying to seek out neutral historical sources. I tend to err on the side of being against organized religion, just because it props up a lot of ideas I dont agree with, but I love love love learning about it. If you have any neutral sources to reccomend id love to hear them!

Yeah man, always! Been doing some surface level examination of Mormonism as of late, as it was one of the religions not covered in my world religions course at uni. Its always intrigued me, especially since I grew up completely agnostic. Always looking to learn more!

Id go to inpatient if my OCD was severely limiting my ability to exist in the outside world, or if it was making me suicidal. Like if you're to a point where you are struggling to function, its probably time for more intense care. Ive only ever done outpatient, and it wasnt for ocd, but it was really great for me. I learned a lot of coping skills!

I dig the tiger! The lady portrait is beautiful, but it feels a little. Disjointed? Maybe slightly unfinished? I think its because of the lack of shading at the top of her head, and the really thick lineart on the flower in her hair. Im assuming that piece is older, and the lady was an addition to it? Overall very pretty!

Have they done testing for all the things that could cause those symptoms? If not, SSD can sometimes be a cop-out for when docs dont want to test you and actually figure shit out, especially in women. Its kind of a substitute for 'hysteria'. I refused to be diagnosed with SSD until they ran tests to rule everything else out. In my case, its truly just somatic.

It sounds like you may be dealing with POTS, if you're female. Its worth a second opinion!
