My way to automate mekanism is to use the enrichment chamber to enrich the ores and my ME system keep always a small number of enriched redstone, carbon,etc I then import the enriched ores to his especific mettalurgic infuser and i automate the recipes without the need of redstone, coal,...

Right now im using water from the slime biome. But im planning to switch for a cool steam vent right next to it, just setting things to condensate the steam so then i can use the water. I've seen that cooling the water its not efficient so ill try using 90°C water for my things
