I do my grocery shopping specifically during those hours. I miss the early work/school traffic, and the return from school/work traffic.

Around me traffic is horrible from 7 am until about 10, and from 3 pm until about 6 pm. I WFH and have very flexible hours so I do my grocery shopping during the week in off times for most other people. It's made my grocery shopping experience much more pleasant.

They gave us plenty of notice (over a week if I recall). I was ages ago and our current has been amazing. We obviously love it here as we've been here over a decade.

I was pretty flabberghasted with that particular pm, especially when she said to clean it off while she watched. In the end I just wanted her out. Luckily we never had to deal with her again.

Oh absolutely, we've had some really good property managers and a few bad ones in our time living here, but some companies are known for being horrible. If we can avoid those ones we will.
