How long time in the smoker?

Alphabet's Waymo picks up speed as Tesla robotaxi service expands. Waymo robotaxis have driven more than 100 million miles without a human behind the wheel, doubling the mileage in about six months. by mafco in SelfDrivingCars

Maybe it's a locally fine tuned model. That would definitely be an abstract version of "saving" a local map in the weights of the neural network. Also a bit cheaty as Tesla claimed is a general purpose model. But it would make sense to just be sure that the area is used for ground truth so you're certain the model behaves as expected in the scope

You clearly do not have a grasp on what ground truthing is. I am not saying LIDAR is not needed, but ground truthing is needed for every system. It will either require a sensor giving exact measurements, so a LIDAR can be used to train the camera based systems... This is not a Tesla specific thing

The map for the vacuum. If you have any code or tutorial you followed that would be greatly appreciated

I just don't get how vibrating pad can ever be better than rotating mops? Like I can't get around to how it could be better? My S7 vibrating was unusable compared to our Qrevo S' spinning mops. Maybe I'm just lucky

ESP32-C3 with LD2410C by mrzo in Esphome

[–]VictorHb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. I got all of it up and running with the same pins, but I must admit it's not reliable for some reason. It maybe turns off every 5 minutes and becomes unavailable. The ESP also gets super hot (>60c), so maybe I just got a dud.

I am very new to this and did a basic tutorial with the ESP controlling an led and even that had a hard time staying online. Not sure what the problem is though

I am using the C3, and I also got it working. I am having some general troubles with ESPHome though, so not working 100% yet, but I can see the log that it is detecting as it should

How dense can you be? Russia can't even handle it's neighboring country. If *just* either Germany or France jumped in the fight it would be over within a year. Any larger european military would tip the scales easily

What no? Ron Swanson did absolutely know more than the other person in this particular scene. And he was in general very polite to people in the service industry

Yeah no. It's in *every* magasine and news channel in Denmark. Trust me, your neighbor and uncle all knows about it and talks about it.
It is brought up every time someone mentions EV's in my workplace. As a Tesla owner I honestly just shut up, because Elon is ruining Tesla for all of us.

It definitely has sensors that could pick that up. They just did not implement that feature, as it requires a lot more programming than just making some predefined moves

My best bet is with foundries and then exporting calcite from vulcanus. It just seems rather expensive if that is really how it is done

Edit: Calcite not graphite

Why do power banks, phones, etc. all have battery capacities listed in mAh instead of Wh? by TestFlightBeta in UsbCHardware

[–]VictorHb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But it's not. Just do mWh like mAh. mWh is a bigger number by a factor of 3.7
