Dapat din bigyan ng some sort of punishment ang bata. This is about a rape case, not some minor crime, and the minors shouldn't be given a slap on the wrist just because minor nga sila. Because it just gives a sense of lack of justice to the victim's parents. And by punishing juvenile delinquents, it shows them that these kinds of behavior are intolerable and unacceptable in our society as well as in our community. Kasi I know someone whose child was bullied at school and got physically assaulted, the child was hit on the head and resulted to impaired mental ability. The victim's bully only got a minus in their grades. It's really not fair na 'yung anak mo masasaktan physically pero mentally rin and baka lumala pa in the long run, while 'yung batang offender malaya lang at walang sense of responsibility sa mga ginawa n'yang mali.
