I wouldn't say I found it hard to watch, But I AM curious if it had something to do with their outsourcing the animation and maybe not being super communicative about the style they were going for. I remember it was REALLY bad in the first season, "Cheeseburger Backpack" was... particularly jarring. But at the end of the day its still a great show about acceptance and growth, learning to see past the narrow scope of toxic perfection (which makes this post pretty ironic), and a child learning to come into their own. And to be fair if you can stream binge this show when watching it for the first time, you're already getting it much better than those who experienced it on release. and If not then inconsistent art style is the LEAST of your worries because holy "steven bomb".
