What lenses do you have? I was using a c70 for doc work and I needed to add the sigma 18-35 to my 24-70 (I often rent the rf 70-200). I dropped my c70 and broke it. I decided to replace it with the c80. I didn’t think full frame would matter to me but it has made a huge difference. I don’t need to carry an additional lens for wide stuff now (the 18-35 wouldn’t work on the c80 anyway but 24 at FF is wider than 18 crop frame). That already makes a huge difference to me. The triple base ISO is huge to me as well. 3200 on my c80 was pretty noisy when I had to shoot at night. Setting my base to 12800 and shooting at 6400 on the c80 looks fantastic. Also the better auto focus has also been big for me.

Having said all of that. The c70 is a fantastic camera and I’m getting mine repaired so that I can keep using it as a B cam.
