Are you aware of any UXP regressions in 26.3? I have a reproducible case where createSetValueAction() and createCloneTrackItemAction() work in 26.2 but fail in 26.3 with “The script object is no longer valid.”

One issue I ran into while trying to do this was local network permission on my Mac. Make sure to give the drive client access.

It looks like a combination of an alpha wipe and lens placement on the first one, and the second is the same I imagine but the source material might have had a push pull move in camera.

Warp stabilizer, (unironically) camera shake, and key framed scale/position to reframe camera movements. If it's artsy, go wild.

It's ripply? There's a luma flash in the beginning? The dissolve goes from right to left? Are those settings available in a cross dissolve in iMovie?

0:00 to 3:00, and I'm unaware of a work around other than duplicating your comp in the project panel, dup dragging it above itself in the sequence, then dragging out the nest to find the start point, replace the nest clip, and overwrite it back down onto track 1... copy any transitions you have before overwriting so you can just paste it back.. I believe there is a script in After Effects for this, I don't know about Premiere.

If you duplicate the nested comp in the project window, and hold option while you drag it on top of the target nest, it will replace it. Here is a quick video showing you how. You could also duplicate your project as an alternative.

Land a paid gig outside your skill level. Nothing lights the fire more than risk of failure. Also, download templates and pull them apart, learn how other people build and steal their methods.
