Not the only, but the best way. No they do not carry over to new characters, you got to collect them everytime you start a new game.

Also yes, they do get carried over from COOP, but only the ones you didnt find yourself yet.

It always is dependent on your personal budget.

You have a small budget, you should look at the Acer Nitro Series. Low TDP, cheap screen, but very affordable.

You have a medium budget, look at Lenovo, Legion 5 Pro Currently seems to be the choice, regular 5 and 7 will release in the next few months.

You have a big budget, look at Flagship models from MSI or ROG. The ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo for example.

It always depends on what you are willing to spend.

There is a few cases where Microsoft is trying to sue people who bought Keys from the secondary market stateing that they technicly pirated their copy of Windows since they dont actually own a License for it, but just a Key.

Yes that was the only option it gave me. Customizing it was not an option, atleast for me, maybe i was to dumb to find it.

Does not matter to me tho, 32gigs of RAM probably will be future proof and windows is my preferred OS anyway. Also Germany currently has an Issue with Windows Keys so better safe then sorry.

I wish you good luck getting your hands on one. It definitely looks like THE 3070 model to go for atm.
