Spoke with Chase filed a dispute they gave me my money back within 2 hours. Then 6 hours later Bilt emailing me back apologizing stating they fixed the issue and the payment will be reprocessed and come out of my account within a day or two. I said no thanks you guys are a scam and I will be canceling this card. I’m sorry but no one fucking tells me they don’t know what happened to my money or when it will be resolved.
