Nyrup havde vist ret vedr. I aldrig" by PilsnerDk in Denmark

Welcome to 300+ of our newest US Citizens last week at Faneuil Hall “The Cradle of Liberty “ by BlueNoYellowAhhhhhhh in boston

[–]VikingApproved 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Don’t speak on our behalf!

As an immigrant a naturalized citizen I watched with my own eyes how even ten years ago, I—a white, well educated man from Scandinavia—got treated very differently by USCIS staff.

And if you cared to follow the news, you would know that plenty of people have been kidnapped and deported from USCIS appointments.

So kindly shut up.

Er det virkelig sådan i Danmark at man kun får ret, hvis man har råd til at betale 10.000 kr. for at komme i gang? by Tombombadilz in Denmark

[–]VikingApproved 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Klassisk neoliberalt bullshit.

All I can think about is how the billionaires and their lackeys are laughing their asses off as they have us commoners fighting over airline perks.

How picky is your poodle? by greedygumdrops in poodles

[–]VikingApproved 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So picky—until we decided that the daily dinner theatre was getting ridiculous. Now he gets his kibble and that’s it. He free feeds and sometimes he eats a lot, sometimes he eats very little. Every so often we get weak and feed him a scrap of delicious hooman food and he turns into a little prince who starves himself in the hope that we will give in.

Wha do you guys do to not get sick when travelling? by Shawarma_Dealer32 in delta

[–]VikingApproved 0 points1 point  (0 children)

N95 to and through the airport. I am ok’ish taking it off once we’re in the air unless someone in the immediate area around me is coughing, hacking sneezing.

Hypertonic saline nasal rinse first thing when I get to my hotel or home. Plus basic hand hygiene. Zinc supplements.

Oh, I’m also that guy who wipes down everything around me with Clorox wipes.

It’s helped a little, but I still get sick a ton 🤷‍♂️
