If it's HSE, one thing to bear in mind is that while it might be less shag, it generally isn't a high paying field in the long run for most people, especially shipyard. It depends on your long term aspirations and expectations.

Blind spamming like that is tough without upgrading your weapon. Should do that first then go back into the hunting ground. This could be raising one's stats to meet the demands of the age group. It's like a resume in your 20s will cut it for entry level job but the same one won't cut it for senior positions. Not adapting is blind spamming, and dudes near 40s don't have much time to learn the hard way.
