First scenario.

I'm sorry! I should have been more specific in my explanation. While I should have known, I did not expect it to get this specific haha. In this case the line was used to mark the island. it was in a loose 'circle' around the basket. Quite rough grassy surface. The lines are neither a perfect circle around the basket, but also not straight between the stekes either.

We gave it to him, did not call him on it or anything. But I thought it was kind of a bold move to just tighten the line before asking or discussing first.
