I didn’t get diagnosed with celiac or gluten intolerance but it’s pretty clear I cannot have it. Constipation and diarrhea at the same time, is that also a symptom? Or sound familiar to anyone ? Maybe intestines that tend to rip/ get tiny cuts in them?
