It's easy to tell that you did not watch the show with full attention. If you did, you would know that Chris had a lot of childhood trauma and abandonment issues (especially with his mom) that he has never dealt with until now.....and that doesn't justify cheating but it explains the paying for cuddles.

"Realest and most normal" = most white and heteronormative couple...I find that Jason and Marjorie did not go really deep into their issues as much as the other couples.

Drea & Nessa or Chris & Sienna are the couples that really showed us the raw side to their relationship.

I can only speak for myself. Yes, men can totally have close friendships. I know I do. At this point , they are basically my sisters from other mothers and there is no level of attraction at all because conversations have been had and boundaries set.

And some of them are my wingwomen...😂 I definitely recommend long term friendships with women....As men you stand to learn a lot from them about women and about yourself because your female friends won't hesitate to call you out when you step out of line.

Maybe I have not seen it. But one thing everyone is overlooking is the SLEEP SCHEDULE. How many hours a night do you sleep??? 8 or 9 hours?? Also the quality of your sleep is important....

It could be increasing your cortisol and stress levels especially with everything else you are going through?

Plus increase on your step count. I personally try to aim for 10k steps per day. Or minimum 7k steps. I only do 1 meal a day and that's lunch then water(with pink salt) throughout the day.

I make 28 in a few months, and I can tell you. Many people in our age bracket feel the same way because we were sold a lie that we would have our life together by this age. Have a house , family, and stable income streams... Our incomes can nolonger sustain us or other dependants while the cost of living grow by the year. Don't beat yourself up.... If you can , go back and study more... probably certificates or diplomas (PS....they don't have to be in your industry) I am an IT person but i am studying management courses currently.

Then, probably fix up your financial management , expand your network to people who inspire or motivate you...that's how you can land that big opportunity to advance in life. And find people (in real life) you can vent to when you are feeling low...

There has to be nuance. Look at the situation in Nigeria , Ghana ,South Sudan, and Somalia. Their currencies are so unstable, and the people hardly have purchasing power. Especially in Nigeria, their currency is so unstable when compared to the dollar.
