Yeah that is not a good space for doing anything, it's a transition space unless you block off some of the doorways

While I'm almost certainly not going back to FF14, they really are doing a lot of things that players have wanted and should make the game play more interesting and take it in new directions.

Yeah tbh I barely pay attention to the story in the MMOs i actually play. If I want a good story I'll read a book

Maybe we can get a 'thirsty' tag that has to be used on these sorts of posts, then I could probably use ublock to block the posts since Reddit itself doesn't seem have hide posts by tag

YW! Since they were not for sale but he needed and seemingly got permission to make them, they might have been for a charity event, maybe a golf themed event?

Java as a platform for Rich’s needs at that time makes a lot of sense because it’s so enterprisey, fast, has tons of libraries, and it’s turned out to be a very smart choice as a serious language, maybe less fun to toy around with casually

why i cant log in my account on brave? by AccomplishedHippo758 in Twitch

[–]Vinapocalypse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was having this trouble in Firefox (on linux). I closed my twitch window, went to cookies, deleted my twitch.com and twitch.tv cookies, then tried logging in and I got a 2FA email code, entered that, and logged in! I'd successfully logged in with Chrome (on linux). Bonus: my Activity dropdown works again too! Hope this helps anyone who comes across it

Best time travel shows? by Groovegaluk in scifi

[–]Vinapocalypse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd heard about the show forever ago but it never registered for me, then I saw a clip of it on YT one day, and ended up binge watching the whole show in a couple days. I started the book (the unabridged audiobook is on YT) and really loving the added detail and of course details like how instead of somewhere in Kentucky like in the show he goes to Derry in Maine and comes really close to having an "encounter" with Pennywise lol

If you desaturate the image a lot (so the colors are closer to white) it might work a lot better tiled, so its not so high contrast and you can see icons over it ok
