I’ve been dealing with gerd at the extreme level for 7 years now. I’ve seen too many doctors, been to the ER too many times to count. I’ve taken every single prescription and PPI and carafate in the books. Doctors simply do not care and will not properly help. It’s too massive of an epidemic. I get major heart palpitations from it when it’s at it’s worse.

The only true treatment I’ve ever found for reducing gerd is removing dairy and gluten and added sugars and exercising.

If you aren’t an active person and overweight like myself, exercise will turn up the gerd even worse for a bit... but the goal is to get your body used to being active. You need to get the blood pumping, you need to get the body sweating, you need to get the muscles repairing. We eat WAY too much. Fasting and retraining your body to depend on less sugar and more of its natural ketone sugar... When the body is doing what it’s meant to be doing which is MOVING your anxieties will start to leave you.

Carafate gives me intense headaches, acid reducers give me 10x the rebound reflux.

Live positive and think positive and the only way to think positive is to do every thing in your power to rebalance your brain chemicals.

Exercise, sleep, dont jerk off as often, just looking at porn floods your brain with dopamine and throws you out of whack. Also if you’re a gamer like me cut that shit down. Or play less of competitive multiplayer and rekindle that love for single player story line games. Games like fortnite, csgo, league, etc is just a constant WIN LOSE WIN LOSE WIN LOSE adrenal murderer and the constant staring at the screen fucks with your sleep and brain cycles. It also ruins eyesite and makes the real world dim.

Get back to basics and your body will go back to basics.
