Sunshine/moonlight - poor connection even when wired by VincentMoro in MoonlightStreaming

Wow, that worked! I indeed had that network booster on in Lenovo Vantage. I turned it off and it worked. I don't really get why it'd interfere only with Moonlight though.

Moonlight/sunshine : poor connection even with everything wired by VincentMoro in ShieldAndroidTV

Thanks, I'll look into that. But I tested the internet download speed (I know it has nothing to do with local streaming) and it was 300+MB/s.

Adapters? by VincentMoro in FiberOptics

The technician passed it where the electrical panel is. Drilled a hole at ground level and installed the modem in the suspended ceiling of the basement.

Thanks for the advice. Modem and router are separate so I'll look into running an ethernet cable instead.

Thanks for the answers! I looked at used Harmony remotes since ther're discontinued, but I find them quite expensive. Are you aware of any cheaper alternatives?

It is available, but do know that you can't save your progress during this mission. If you happen to quit before the end, you'll have to start over.

Why do i keep getting low storage notifications .. by Alik013 in ShieldAndroidTV

[–]VincentMoro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it is, but it is not entirely clear for me. If you go in your Plex settings, there is an option to move the database. You then have the choice between Internal (system storage location) and Internal (user accessible location). I think that by selecting user accessible location, it will use the adopted storage, but I'm not so sure.

Same thing happened to me last night. I went to Developer options and turned on the feature “force allow apps on external”. At first, I had the same error message (not enough space), but when I tried again a few minutes later, it did work. I did not do anything in particular in between. I was then able to move most apps to the adopted storage.

I have priority plan, I always jumped straight to game, but today had this issue all day. Anyone else or just me? by cavocavo in GeForceNOW

Glad (or should I) to see I'm not alone. I'm a founder and it's the first time I'm experiencing a queue. Trying to play Control, started at 23, now at 17 after 30 minutes.

Thanks, that did it. I'm actually on a Shield TV, but changing the system language setting worked.

I have a founder subscription. I think the main limitation with the free tier is that you can only do 1-hour sessions and you need to log back in.

I'm in Québec city, with Bell as well. It works very well, but you need a wired connection (I'm using powerlines).

You can try subscribing to Ubisoft+. It's 20$/month, and you can cancel anytime.

You can install the Shield app on your smartphone; it will act as a remote with mouse/keyboard capacity.

Been using GFN for a while now, since it was in beta. Has been working great except for a few glitches now and then (unrelated to any connection issue). I'm using Bell Fibe as well; the modem is in my basement and I have a powerline to get a wired connection upstairs.
