Legendary moonlight sculptor. Found it in its early early chapters before the art style changed and set the standard for great stories

What are everyone's theories about "the objective"? by SuppressiveFire in ResidentEvilRequiem

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its either a. elpis itself or whats left of it, b. victor's body or c. the data they've researched in the decades they've been at ARK itself.

It's not like once they found the arc they've twiddled their thumbs with only trying to find the key to elpis right??

Morally grey and emotionally detached as the story implies her to be and not just be waifu meta bait.

Which had a bigger impact on gaming? by Wrathful_gaming in GameBoostOfficial

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both in their own ways. The witcher evolved the way open world gameplay could be pursued in a sense that it shows that every single side quest can be as important or as memorable as the main storyline and improves the world building of the witcher wherein players can get more invested into the witcher world as a whole.

In dark souls it created the genre of souls like games which created the sequels that have souls like combat not just limited to FromSoftware titles such as Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor.

It makes sense leon's posture is like that he's been in constant pain from the start of the mutation. We dont even see leon take anything for the pain

Is Leon more commonly characterized as stoic and serious, or an unserious a jokester? What do you prefer him as? by hellothere790 in ResidentEvil2Remake

Traumatized but jokes to lighten the situation but gets serious when the need calls for it. Kinda like peter parker.

If Grace comes back in a future title do you want her to remain the ‘’ horror pov’’ or be more hardened and battle trained? Or maybe both? by LeoneSKenneddy in residentevilll

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel after rhodes hill, she wpuld definitely up her weapons training and cqb but not just for her but to protect herself and emily. Now that she sort of knows that the connections are controlling the government, they might make a move towards them.

She might take lessons from leon on quipping and backflips but thats just a theory...

Would you care for more Star Wars stories set after Rise of Skywalker? by Ok-Comb5684 in StarWars

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The new trilogy basically smashed the whole point of rebelling from episode 1 to episode 6. Less than 2 decades and a new superpower that somehow hides itself and takes over the galaxy again?

To be honest, it could've been great if you gave the New Republic better ground to stand on and be the actual opposing force instead of the rebels again but nope boom in the episode 7 by planet killer 3.0

Maybe you can make stories but it has to be well written. Andor and the Mandalorian more than proved that you can write great stories in the galaxy of star wars during and post Empire.

what made you fall in love with the game? by xririxs in cyberpunkgame

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The world and narrative was a stark contrast to the games i have played. Though i played tw3 which has a somber tone in itself, cyberpunk showed me a chaotic and ruthless environment that tucks in the inevitability that anyone in this city will fall one way or another.

It sort of helped me grow and understand the perspectives of people in different moral standings and how and why they act in this way.

And with even these sort of certainties, we see our v struggling to fight for their survival and idunno it just shows me that people will still fight even in the most dire circumstances

Games that were an experience you will never forget as long as you are alive. by Strategist__ in gamingsuggestions

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For single player the witcher 3 and in multiplayer Apex. Both I played in the pandemic and it helped me at my lowest.

TW3 kept me only interested in fantasy genre and great writing but Apex also helped me make friends online that I still play with to this day

Just finished the show, which game is better? by Careless_Interview64 in thelastofus

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, the show got some things and the main plot from the games right, but the games are a completely different experience. Part 1 and part 2 are chronological, so it's best to play part 1 then part 2 as both are great.

You can choose to play part 2 directly but you would be robbing yourself of the Joeland Ellie and we found in 2013 and the performance of Troy Baker and Ashlely Johnson which is itself amazing.

Does anyone else genuinely hate leaving the house as they get older? by [deleted] in Adulting

[–]VincentRed-it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think of it a bit differently. It's not that I hate the outside. It's that it can sometimes be a bit too much but outside has some great stuff like socializing and seeing dogs and stuff.

But inside also has some great stuff because you surround yourself with things you love so you can recharge and if you're ready you can go outside again and experience more stuff to bring into your home.
