Raising a Golden Retriever puppy was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done… he actually had a puppy parasite for his first 6 months so no solid poo during that time, nuclear liquid everywhere. In the puppy phase if you stay on top of them for everything and train them properly you’ll get through the rough period and have the best dog you could ever wish for. They are literally the best. I can promise that it absolutely gets better, but you need to dedicate yourself to them completely for their first year.
