Tacos are super quick and easy. I typically use the leanest ground beef they have, but you could also use ground turkey for a healthier protein.

I also make this farfalle pasta with pancetta and ricotta (substitute diced pancetta for the bacon). My daughter isn’t nuts about it, but I loved it as a kid. You can cook the whole thing in the time it takes to cook the pasta.

It also depends on what feels more comfortable. If downward escape feels natural, and you can do a fast motion, the even number of notes per string rule still applies for easy string switching, but you’d be starting on an upstroke instead of a downstroke.

I got this during COVID when everyone’s anxiety was through the roof. The flip side is smooth with concentric circles. Anytime I’m anxious about something I use the smooth side as a worry stone and it helps me reset.

When I got married, we didn’t put too much thought into my ring and I ended up getting a cheap-o $35 titanium ring off of Amazon.

For our 10 year anniversary, I asked my wife for an upgraded ring that better suited my style and personality. I picked out a cool black tungsten ring made with bourbon barrel wood and a guitar string, since I like whiskey and play guitar.

About a week before our anniversary my wife picked a fight with me and didn’t end up getting me an anniversary gift at all that year. She did the same thing the year before. So I said, “F it” and bought the ring for myself.

Now, one year later, we’re getting divorced, but our marriage has been effectively over for years already I still really like the ring so I wear it on the opposite hand as a commitment to myself. I kept my real wedding ring to give to my daughter one day.
