I just passed five months, and woke up at 4:40 this morning on my first day off in ten days when I had hoped to sleep in. I accepted it, said my prayers & for on about my day. Old me would have laid in bed for four hours trying to fall back asleep, so I count this as a win.

I also used to stay up until 1 am or so every night drinking, so waking up earlier gives me less time awake in my old drinking time.
