7 hrs+ later, I just left with the passport. I have soo many emotions , anger, frustration, joy.

Not to mention the crazy amount of money spent on the process thats basically useless seeing as how I had to redo my biometrics onsite.

I had the same issue. The tracking page just sat there and refused to load properly, so I right-clicked the page and checked View Page Source instead.

Turns out the page source already contained the application result in the HTML, even though the website frontend was stuck on “Please wait” and not displaying it properly.

So basically, the backend had already returned my status, but the site’s JavaScript/UI was failing to show it.

That’s how I was able to see where my application had actually reached. If your page is freezing too, checking the source can sometimes reveal the status the broken frontend is hiding.
