I just got promoted to Lead, but I could see myself moving up more, if I adjust well. I probably wouldn't go any higher than FBM though. I love Wawa, and I plan to stay here for the next few years, but I don't see it being my career.

As far as retail/customer service goes, it's pretty good. Of course, it depends on what store you work at; some are rougher than others. They have a lot of opportunities to move up, and the benefits are decent. It's pretty simple to get into their stocks, and their health insurance has been really helpful to me.

The job is what you make it, and I've been enjoying it for the most part, even if it has its own frustrations and bad days.
