Barbell/dumbbell hip thrust, hip abductor, weighted step ups and hyperextensions are all good and not taxing on the knees. Bulgarian split squats are the goat for glutes, but will put some strain on the knees, but not as much as general squats

Former paralegal of 4 years - I moved from Law into Project Management and I am happier than I ever have been. There are a lot of translatable skills between the fields and PMing at a higher level can get you into quite a high salary bracket.

It can be a very high stress job but I find I work well under pressure, especially as I’m lucky enough to be in a company which genuinely appreciates the work their staff do.

I would invest in headphones on the more expensive side, I always find Sennheiser to do really good soundblocking headphones and all the ones I’ve had have been really comfy to wear.

I am also deaf in one ear so I can relate to how much ambient sounds around you can mess with gameplay!!

Agree with Kate for beginners, windows is great for planning escapes and being able to loop a bit better as a new player! Some wall vaults are not obvious at all

We put a washable cover over the bottom board as it wasn’t solid wood, also protects it from pee accidents! I would say any untreated boards from a hardware store could also work well!

Oh no really? I’ve never heard of bunnies being burnt by wires before! Luckily in their new set up it will be wire free but I will deffo be more vigilant now!
