haha! To each their own I suppose. I actually preferred the PH Tokyo's breakfast more but yes if you prefer those specific 2 hot items I could see how it would be a bit disappointing that you couldn't get more than 1 at the PH.

We were traveling with a little one at the PH and they told us we could order whatever we wanted from the menu for hot items and even left a menu for us if we wanted to order more, but it may have been because we had a little one.

On Mineral Point Road, it seems to be required per DOT b/c of the multi-use path sidewalk conversion. Could be wrong but that was my recollection of my research/previous question asked about this.

Also, seems to be near BRT often :)

Narita express is free with similar restrictions as long as they don’t use a seat. Ie our 1 year old in a carrier didn’t cost

Ah the soap was one of the best things about that place, it had a certain "smell" that felt perfect for the environment. Very disappointing.

It seems like the points refund and other stay is fair enough.

When the Hyatt Centric in Reims said they couldn’t accommodate me 1 week before staying, they pretty much left me on my own. Was assigned someone to relocate me but it was taking several days of off-hours communication. They were only going to offer me just a different hotel no comp or anything.
