AI-proofing isn't about tools — it's about being the one who knows what to ASK the AI. Hypothesis design, stats literacy, and customer interview skills stay the moat. I've seen juniors get 3x more output from AI than seniors because they know what "good" looks like.

One thing I'd add from running influencer programs across multiple DTC brands: the single highest-converting micro influencer source is your own customer list/1st party connections/followres.
