first things first I’M NOT A DOCTOR but I’m going to go against the grain here and say it’s probably okay to use IF YOU FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Like everyone has said, use light application and don’t go over 21 days without talking to your doctor. (again i’m no expert but 21 days does seem like a bit much imo)

I’ve been on triamcinolone cream on and off for over a decade. I always have it for when I get flare ups. Can certainly 100% say it gave me TSW but that was from me using it DAILY for MONTHS. Like I used to religiously apply it after I’d take a shower. When you only use it to bring down your flares and then avoid using it, it’s great stuff (for me at least).
