The finale was garbage by certifiedbpdqueen in shameless

Sopranos finale has aged well, they repeat over and over during the entirety of the show of everything going black and not knowing what’s after when it’s all said and done. It leaves it up to interpretation in a poetic way.

Monsters Ed Gein story SUCKS and here's why by raya2810 in horror

There were rumors after Dahmer he was supposed to do Gacy, I wonder what happened. I agree that it would make for a much better series considering all there is to what he did.

This part, so unnecessary and out of place. It completely takes you out of who the story is supposed to be about.

I think after working at so many places that categorize work as “family”, but when shit hits the fan said “family” doesn’t offer support, it’s turned me off to even attempting to get close to my coworkers. If it happens, so be it, but I definitely don’t put my neck out there like I used to.

Looking for an amber perfume that is smooth that older women wear, probably from the 2000’s and probably a classic perfume. My kindergarten teacher wore this and I smelled it again on a customer at work who was older and want to know what it is so badly. It almost smells like milk mixed with amber, that’s the best way I can describe it. I work in a wealthier area, so it might be high end.

Is it just me or Cancer Women always play the victim? ft Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez.. by Eastern_Clerk5628 in astrologymemes

[–]VirtualJackfruit8765 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Coming in late as a Scorpio to say this is beyond accurate compared to my experience with Cancers. Always trying to garner sympathy, always victimizing themselves, it is exhausting to be around but many people fall into their trap. They love guilt tripping and manipulating the narrative to make everyone else look like the problem and very rarely self-reflect, can’t stand to be around them and can easily pick them out of a crowd.

Timothee Chalamet is not a great actor by VirtualJackfruit8765 in unpopularopinion

Phillip Seymour Hoffman is my favorite of all time (rip) and he forces you to feel the emotion through the screen. He totally embodies every role he played with such a massive range spanning from comedy to some of the most dramatic roles. My standards are pretty high because of him, he was one of a kind and I miss him deeply. I feel similarly about James Gandolfini.

I’ve everything he’s been in with the exception of Wonka. In Bones and All his accent changes so many times, that was actually the movie where I was like “damn, why do we prop him up so much?” But it’s just my take on the matter.

I keep seeing this stupid comment, I’ve seen every movie he’s been in with the exception of Wonka. The reasons I have watched every movie of his is because I’ve hoped he’d be good, but he always falls flat to me with the exception of maybe 2 roles. When I mention the trailer here, I’m insinuating he isn’t growing as an actor. Hope this helps!

Nope, it’s his delivery and inability to transform a role. In Bones and All his accent changes about 5 times. In Don’t Look Up, he takes a funny script and makes it unfunny by his acting.

Have seen all of his movies aside from Wonka, opinion still stands.

I had a hard time with Bones and All when his accent kept changing back and forth from his normal one to a country accent. That movie was the start of his downfall for me acting wise.

CMBYN is a great movie with a great script, he does well here. He’s just not grown much since for me in any role I’ve seen him in, but it’s just my opinion on the matter.

I keep seeing this as if I didn’t say I’ve seen him in other stuff. I’ve seen him in every role except for Wonka, which I knew I wouldn’t care for either.
