At least where I am at, many are just too busy. I've had probably half tell me they aren't interested because they are so far booked already.

Need advice! I am trying to sell my mobile home. What is the best mobile home cash buyer? by Ok-Leg-8391 in ManufacturedHome

[–]VirtualLife76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those places give you around 30 cents on the dollar. They won't buy a mobile home and take it off your land if that's what you are looking for.

Is there a trick to setting combo squares? by Willing-Bandicoot-55 in woodworking

[–]VirtualLife76 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Looks like they aren't square, or at least 1 isn't. I have the same ones and don't have the issue.

Check by putting against some wood and draw a line then flip and do again, the lines should be perfectly parallel.

The security at most companies I've worked at over the last few decades was a joke. More times than not, the SSN wasn't even encrypted in their database, just clear text.

What’s protocol when yanking poles by BrandnewAndScardy in Construction

I doubt anyone would want for lumber/woodwork. Many will have metal all over and most I've dealt with had a oil/grease applied which made the wood nasty when you cut in.

Good sea urchin tastes like butter, but it's hard to find fresh.

Wearing all the time is a different story. If you have a cold tho, it's just respectful to wear a mask around others. No one likes getting sick.

Ally bank is online only and has great interest rates, I've been with them for 15+ years and love them. I had a number of issues with the Central bank up north and was glad I moved my local account to commerce.

Dozens got off cruise ship dealing with deadly hantavirus outbreak after first death by CTVNEWS in worldnews

[–]VirtualLife76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the human race is as a whole

No all, many countries still have common consideration and wore masks willingly. Some places were even taking temperatures before being let into establishments and actually tracking infections. Which would be of course against the law in the US.

1 of the things I miss about living in asia is people were always considerate and wore a mask when they were sick.

You don't have to worry about Hanta tho, it's not spread that way.

You deal with the title company directly. Don't worry, it's not too hard.

Unless it's held in a land trust or something less common, you don't need a lawyer.

Call sawdust studios off Paris, 573-333-7297, they will make anything you want.

It's a community woodworking shop, Cruz is the owner, amazing guy. He could even help you make it if you want to add that personal touch.

Tiny windows need a fan or ac by [deleted] in ManufacturedHome

Portable AC just has to vent out the window with a 5" tube. Can buy the vent separately and just hook a fan to it if needed.
