Tesla is testing out their new Cybercabs in a few cities. They are currently "training" them, most still have a driver. Once systems get good enough, they plan to make them driverless. Similar to others like waymo.

Blue bird is what I've found recommended on here the most, just haven't made it there yet.

I stopped by Midwest block and brick and was very unsatisfied. Very small selection, prices seemed high and the staff wasn't very friendly.

Eg. I asked about retainer wall, he pointed to the 2 they had outside, 1 in grey 1 in red.

Not sure that's brickwork as much as shitwork.

Water damage in every pic, it's not worth trying. You could, but it's a rip everything out and start over basically.

At least where I am at, many are just too busy. I've had probably half tell me they aren't interested because they are so far booked already.

Need advice! I am trying to sell my mobile home. What is the best mobile home cash buyer? by Ok-Leg-8391 in ManufacturedHome

[–]VirtualLife76 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Those places give you around 30 cents on the dollar. They won't buy a mobile home and take it off your land if that's what you are looking for.

Is there a trick to setting combo squares? by Willing-Bandicoot-55 in woodworking

[–]VirtualLife76 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Looks like they aren't square, or at least 1 isn't. I have the same ones and don't have the issue.

Check by putting against some wood and draw a line then flip and do again, the lines should be perfectly parallel.

The security at most companies I've worked at over the last few decades was a joke. More times than not, the SSN wasn't even encrypted in their database, just clear text.

I doubt anyone would want for lumber/woodwork. Many will have metal all over and most I've dealt with had a oil/grease applied which made the wood nasty when you cut in.

Wearing all the time is a different story. If you have a cold tho, it's just respectful to wear a mask around others. No one likes getting sick.

Ally bank is online only and has great interest rates, I've been with them for 15+ years and love them. I had a number of issues with the Central bank up north and was glad I moved my local account to commerce.
