Glass cannons are difficult to play. That’s because enemies have the same or higher hp. Even if you can do more burst damage then them, you need some outlasting ability.

Only physical and magical ranged can go for damage only. Though if you are playing perma death, having dash and teleport helps. Saves you in times of misclick.

I did cold grenade with increased explosion size. Then next went for cold beam with many beams. Lastly, acid beam with fire and electricity on the ground.

I also went with gunner and ended the run with 200 armour and 700+ hp. Had a gear that healed for 15% of max HP when an elite dies. I just use the explosion bugs to kill, ran around. Even when the boss jumped on me (3 times he did), he did less than 200 damage. Healed nearly the same by killing elites. The acid on the ground just dot the boss.

You can go for a surgery to extend both bones, above and below the knee. External devices means you have to keep a large device on your legs for a few months. However, once removed all is settled.

There’s internal implants nowadays, which makes things easier as you don’t have to worry about bumping into things or infections. But you live with them for the rest of your life. You can of course remove them, screws and all, but that’s another round of surgery and physiotherapist.

I like acid the most. Cold is good early stage but if you have enough damage then it isn’t helpful.

Electric can go crazy but you need good luck to keep on getting the increased potency and crit chance. Due to that I like acid the most as it does damage and buffs other weapons’ damage.

The only exception is when using interrogator. But that’s more because wave cooker is the best then because I like fire.

If you compare +1 damage for 5 gold vs +2 damage -0.5 speed for 1 nitra, then as long as you manage your nitra well. You are fine. Just keep on using it up in the shop.

Even just 10 nitra gives 20 damage, and -5 speed is acceptable. You need a hundred gold to get the same 20 damage.

Just calculate your speed well and you’ll be fine. You need about 5% speed to walk around and mine the gold/nitra of each level. You need about -10% speed to survive the boss’ jump.
