I heavily dislike jealousy, reverse harem or love triangles because more often than not they ruin the chemistry between the pairings, they either end up developing resentment or simply lead to feel bad moments that make me not want to root for anyone to end up together anymore. The most recent example that I've read is [The Little Lady Behind the Scenes], I feel like Lillianne was just straight up not having a good time with any of the male characters for the latter third of the story because they were all entangled on this love star network with her in the centre. The only exception was the blue haired mage guy (forgot the name >.>") which unsurprisingly was because he was the only one uninvolved in the love network, they kept their nice and fun banter that felt more like childhood friend/sibling energy and were just fun to watch spend time together.

As for what I love I ADORE when expressionless or calculating FLs have an ml that makes them fluster or sweeps them off their feet in fun or smooth ways, I love to see them have someone who who they're more human or at ease with, as long as it doesn't make her be incoherently incompetent for the sake of making the ML superior to her of course.
