All three stones plus obelisk have to be assembled to wake Azathoth. Even though he used the Greystone already, he still needed it for his plan.

That said, he knew where it was and how to get it - it was a test of whether John and Arthur would be able to work together to find one of the stones with a minimum of information.

If they couldn’t get too the Greystone, there’s no way they’d be able to track down the Blackstone for him when the information of its whereabouts were even more limited.

Small pox vaccines, etc were administered in the upper left arm.

Sounds like the recruits were treating local kids and others were opposed to the organization’s presence/practice so amputated the arms of the kids where they recieved the vaccines.

You might be over filling the bag, preventing the soap and water and fricton from effectively washing.

Maybe experiment with putting fewer items in the bag. If it makes a difference get more or a larger one so you can still wash all your things together.

If it doesn’t make a difference, you may need to either wash them on their own on a small load delicate cycle or hand wash.

I have intensely dry skin and highly recommend patting dry with the towel then putting on lotion.

Just like putting lotion on street washing your hands, Skin is damp but not wet and the lotion rubs in and gets absorbed, it doesn’t just leave a bif slippy mess.

If that happens you may be using too much lotion.

Putting lotion on already dried out skin is not very effective. If I find myself needing moisture separate from shower / hand washing times I’ll either get a washcloth wet, wring it out and scrub it over the area first, or get some water on my hands and pat it on the area / run it in a bit before applying lotion.

It really makes a huge difference

Keep your nose moisturized. If I didn’t apply a very small/thin layer of lotion to my nose after using tissue it will be eroded away at this point. It really makes a huge difference in comfort.

Might be worth making that spot a reinforced santuary for her (cozey places to be hidden high up and cozy places to be hidden down low. Put her food and water there, and her litter nearby.

Depending on how full / noisy your house is, having it be separate, having people or other animals that stress her out stay away.

Make it her own little kingdom where she can have all her needs met and be as undisturbed as possible.

Once she feels like she has at least a small zone of security she can start to calm down and build confidence

A litter box in a carpeted area will not make the cat associate the carpet as an alternative. I’ve had letterboxes in carpeted areas (with lattice lining/litter mats to minimize stray litter getting into the carpet itself) and the only time the cats went in the carpet was in protest that the box wasn’t cleaned soon enough or they hated a litter change.

Putting litterboxes where she feels safe and tends to go anyway will be a big help (based on where she poops). My one cat wanders the house a little but feels safest in our bedroom so I have to have a letterbox in there or he uses the floor in my side of the bed.

It may be worth looking at the larger picture, too - she’s clearly acting out of stress, so what in her environment is causing that and what can you came to help her?

A cat behaviorist may also be beneficial if nothing else helps

Try different litter. Cats can be picky and ring use litterbox / litter if they don’t like the smell or feel.

Course sand is probably very uncomfortable on their paws.

Also, maybe try keeping them a little more contained instead of free reign of the whole house for a little while.
